Policies
Product Variations
I photograph most everything in real light in real environments, with little to no touch work in Photoshop. I make almost all products in house. This means I design, print, cut and press by hand buttons. I press and/or screen print all t-shirts by hand. I press all notebooks by hand. I screen print and fold all boxes by hand. I design, print and cut all peg cards and more...you get it.
Due to this handmade process, sometimes color may vary, cuts may vary, and brand of cotton cloth may vary. I do my best to keep things as close to the same, but variations do occur, giving way for the human touch not machine.
Speaking of machines, all computer screens are not created equal, so please keep in mind items may be brighter or lighter than they appeared on screen when you get them. However we want you to be happy with our products so please contact us if there is any issues and we will do our best to aid you in a solution for happiness.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us and your information is only used for shipping your order and/or contacting you if any issues may arise. This site (Big Cartel) utilizes SSL encryption, with third party payment secure process handling. Meaning this site does not solely handle payment information transactions, those transactions are also handled by PayPal and Stripe with both using SSL encryption and both PCI compliant.
Changes To Order
Please know changes to an order cannot be made once a shipping label is created and the package has been shipped. Please, make sure when ordering you have all items correct and all items desired.
Incorrect Address
Please understand if your package is undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be notified by the email you provided and will have to pay for shipping again to redeliver to a new address. Please check that your shipping and contact information is correct and up to date before finalizing your order.
Exchanges, Refunds and/or Returns
All purchases made on outlet sites, such as Bandcamp, itch.io, etc. will need to be contacted directly for their policies and help with any issues that may occur on their sites, as I have no control over their operations. Direct purchases made here on our website; exchanges, refunds and/or returns, are accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you feel an item needs to be exchanged, refunded and/or returned. Please note that return shipping will be your responsibility. Any accepted returns will be refunded via in-store credit. Any other questions please feel free to contact us here.
Shipping FAQ
How long do orders take to ship?
I process and package most orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment and on its way to the post office, you will receive an email notifying you with details of your order shipping. If in the highly unlikely situation that process and packaging take longer and/or unforeseen issues arise such as out-of-stock, then you will be notified as well with alternative options.
After shipping, how long until my package arrives?
Orders shipped in the United States usually arrive within 4-7 business days. However, extra time should be considered and allowed around holidays, rural areas and/or natural occurrences such as wildfires, flood, snow, etc. Please note these are estimates and are in no way guaranteed. Provided tracking may take up to 24 to 48 hours before information is visible and/or updated. Small items such as stickers and postcards may not have provided tracking when shipped.
Shipping Insurance and liability
We ship orders through USPS First Class or Priority. NOTE: The Priority option comes with insurance, the First Class option does not. Provided tracking information will be included in email(s) notifying of package shipped.
NOTE: We will not be held responsible for a lost, stolen or damaged package(s) if you choose to opt out of insurance.
Why don't you ship your products worldwide?
We apologize for the inconvenience and clearly understand how displeasing this is. Unfortunately as of right now I am a single person handling everything, and with international shipping costs and regulations it's out of reach at the moment. I hope to remedy these issues in the near future, but until then, I'm looking for ways to offer through other online outlets. Please check our News & Update Page often for information regarding international shipping.
